I’ve always had a real fear of the dentist, to the point where I’d probably describe it as a phobia. A friend recommended Manor Dental Centre after having a great experience himself, and I’m so glad he did. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel at ease. Carolyn on reception is absolutely brilliant, so friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. Dr Giovanni has been fantastic throughout my treatment. I’ve now had multiple appointments, including a root canal and several fillings, and despite being absolutely petrified beforehand, every visit has been far better than I ever expected. The wand they use for anaesthetic is a game changer. It’s nothing like the traditional syringe and made the injections almost painless, which made a huge difference for someone as anxious as me. The whole team has been incredibly patient, understanding and reassuring from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t thank them enough for helping me overcome a fear I’ve had for years. Absolutely outstanding dentist. A truly professional, caring and supportive team who make you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. It’s a small, family‑run practice, and you can really feel the personal touch in everything they do — nothing ever feels rushed, and they always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you’re comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice enough! I was able to get an appointment straight away, and from the moment I arrived, all of the staff were kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The service was outstanding throughout. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The dentist made the whole procedure quick, comfortable, and stress-free, and the tooth was removed much faster than I expected. Thank you to the whole team for such excellent care.
